Spinach With Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh spinach
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    dash of freshly ground black pepper
    10 slices bacon, diced
    4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
    12 mushrooms, sliced
    1 red onion, sliced
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash spinach, discarding stems.
    Pat dry on paper towel.
    Tear into bowl.
    Add onions and sprinkle with pepper; chill.
    Slowly fry bacon until crisp-cooked.
    Add vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
    Pour over spinach.
    Garnish on top with red onion, mushrooms and egg.
    Serve Parmesan cheese on the side.
    Serves 8 to 12 people.
