Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. diced apples
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat salad oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs and vanilla. Beat again; add chopped apples.
    (Do not beat again after adding apples.)
    Add flour, stir,
    add baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir again.
    Add 1 cup nuts; stir.
    (Dough will be very thick.) Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle top with granulated sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool.
    May be served with whipped cream.
