Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli florets
    8 slices bacon
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. vinegar
    shredded carrot
Preparation
    Break broccoli florets apart.
    Cook and crumble bacon.
    Whisk sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise together for dressing.
    Combine broccoli, raisins, bacon and onion.
    Add dressing just before serving.
    Sprinkle with shredded carrot for color.
