Cheese Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. margarine, softened
    1 to 2 drops hot sauce (optional)
    1 pita bread (1 oz.), cut in half horizontally and toasted
Preparation
    In small bowl thoroughly combine cheese, margarine and if desired hot sauce; spread each pita half with half of cheese mixture, covering entire surface of pita.
    Set pita halves on baking sheet and broil until cheese is melted and lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Cut each half into 4 equal wedges and serve hot. Makes 2 servings, 4 wedges each.
