Ganni'S Sweet & Sour Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 large head cabbage
    1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Coarsely grate cabbage by hand.
    Add pepper and onion.\tBring first 6 ingredients to a boil.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Toss and chill.
    Best if made a day ahead.
