Sweet Potato Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 c. water
    dash of salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. sugar
    2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
    3/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 to 1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine 1 to 2 cups water, salt, nutmeg, sugar and diced potatoes.
    Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer about 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9 or 10-inch pan.
