Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix all but cornflakes and melted margarine.
    Place in a large casserole dish.
    Mix cornflakes with margarine and cover potatoes.
    Bake covered for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
