Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecans
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Cream oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add flour, cinnamon, salt, soda, pecans and apples. Bake in tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
