Rumaki (Polynesian Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, halved
    1/3 lb. chicken livers, halved
    8 bacon slices, halved
Preparation
    Cook chicken livers in butter and soy sauce.
    Wrap chestnut half and piece of chicken liver with 1/2 slice of bacon.
    Secure with food pick.
    Marinate 1 hour in soy sauce.
    Broil until bacon is crisp (about 15 minutes).
    Turn once.
