Beef With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. seasoned flour (add salt, pepper and garlic powder)
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 c. beef broth
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 pkg. frozen green beans or 1 can green beans
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. Gravy Master
    3 to 4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Remove any fat and bone from meat.
    Cut into small strips. Dredge in flour.
    Using large skillet, quickly brown meat in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add onions, broth, thyme and liquid from the mushrooms.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Add mushrooms and beans.
    Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat, but do not boil.
    Add Gravy Master.
    Serve over hot rice.
