Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 eggs
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, diced
1 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Yields 8 servings.
