Croghan Baloney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    3 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Take out and mix well again.
    Form into 2-inch diameter rolls (choose your own length).
    Bake on a rack over a cookie sheet or broiler pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours to allow fat to drip.
