Swan Coach House Veggie Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag shredded cabbage
    5 large carrots, julienned or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. matchstick carrots
    5 large yellow squash, julienned
    5 large zucchini, julienned
    1 thinly sliced large red onion
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 c. olive oil
    kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a very large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, squash, zucchini and red onion. Set aside.
