Beef Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. beef cubes
1 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Pound meat cubes with mixture.
Brown meat in shortening.
Add water; cook until tender. Stir in soup and catsup.
Put into 2-quart casserole.
Top with Potato Puffs.
