Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, sliced very thin
    1 c. Cheddar cheese soup
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1/4 c. sweet milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place 1/2 of potatoes and onion in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Put soup, milk and pepper in blender for about 1 minute.
    Pour 1/2 over first layer of potatoes and onion.
    Alternate rest of ingredients.
    Sprinkle with paprika and add 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine on top.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour, then uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
