Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, sliced, cooked until nearly done, then mashed
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    1/2 small jar pimiento, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients. Add melted butter to stuffing mix and line bottom of 9 x 13 dish or pan with this mixture.
    Pour squash mixture over stuffing mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Freezes well.
