Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. diced, pared, cooked potatoes
    1 c. finely diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onions
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1/4 c. white French dressing
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 1/4 tsp. mustard
    4 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, celery, onions, dressing, salt and pepper. Toss well and chill until shortly before serving time, then add mayonnaise, blended with mustard and lemon juice.
    Should be quite moist.
    Serves 6.
