Crock-Pot Hamburger Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 large potatoes, sliced
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    1 small can peas
    3 medium onions, chopped
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
    Place vegetables in crock-pot in order given, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
    Add ground beef.
    Mix soup and 1 soup can of water in bowl.
    Pour over ground beef.
    Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
    Yields 6 servings.
