Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can fruit cocktail with liquid
    1 egg
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased and floured.
    Cover batter with 1/2 cup brown sugar; add 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
