Frijoles Charros De Una Gringa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked pinto beans
1/2 lb. bacon
1/4 lb. ham
5 hot dogs
1 large tomato
1 medium onion
1 stick chorizo (Mexican sausage)
1 jalapeno pepper
cilantro, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Dice hot dogs, ham and bacon into bite size pieces and put into large pot to cook (low heat).
Add stick of chorizo (may be purchased at jewel or Mexican grocery store).
Stir and cook until everything appears done.
(Bacon may not be brown and crisp but because of the temperature it will be done.)
To this, add diced tomato, onion and hot pepper and cook until onion is transparent. Add cilantro (leaves only), about 1/8 cup.
