Coney Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
kosher salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat in skillet over medium flame; add 2 tablespoons oil. Add onion and cook, stirring until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef; stir and cook until nicely brown. Stir in ketchup, chili powder and mustard. Simmer for 15 minutes, until thick. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on hot dogs.
