Pear Mincemeat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for double-crust pie
    2 c. prepared Pear Mincemeat
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine mincemeat, brown sugar, flour and pecans.
    Spoon mixture in prepared pie shell.
    Top with strips of pastry in weave fashion.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
