Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg for topping
Preparation

Beat all ingredients well.
Pour into uncooked pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Lower oven to 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Insert knife to test pie.
Clean knife and pie is cooked.
