Egg Bread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
salt and pepper to taste
2 medium size onions, chopped
3 to 4 cans Swanson chicken broth
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients and pour in well greased cast-iron skillet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean in center. Cool bread; crumble bread in a large bowl.
Add onions and chicken broth until mushy.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and spread dressing in pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until slightly browned, but not dried out.
