Hamburger, Pea And Celery Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
2 c. finely chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 c. crushed potato chips
2 Tbsp. milk or cream
Preparation

Brown meat until redness disappears.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a casserole dish and add the frozen peas (not cooked or thawed).
Mix milk/cream with mushroom soup.
Add onion to soup mixture.
Place celery on top of frozen peas.
Pour soup mixture over celery.
Add potato chips over the top.
Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
(Celery should be crunchy.)
