Carousel Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cold cooked rice
    1 c. carrots, grated
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1/3 c. sweet pickle, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    salad greens
Preparation
    Combine rice, carrots, celery, sweet pickle, salt and pepper. Toss lightly, then chill.
    Blend basil into sour cream.
    Serve chilled rice mixture on salad greens.
    Top with seasoned sour cream.
