Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    2 egg yolks (reserve whites)
    rind and juice of 1 lemon or 4 Tbsp. bottled lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix and add beaten egg whites; pour into unbaked crust and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Continue baking at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
