German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    2 to 3 Red Delicious apples, cubed (do not use any other apple)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat until frothy the salad oil and eggs.
    Add sugar, vanilla and milk; blend until creamy.
    If still thick, add a little more milk.
    Sift together baking soda, salt, flour and cinnamon.
    Add gradually to other mixture.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
