Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Mix eggs and salt. Add flour; when mixture gets thick, use hands. Add little bits of flour if mix is sticky to hands. Keep adding flour until mixture is no longer sticky. Take out a chunk (handful of dough or less); roll out. Use additional flour if needed. Let dry, turning rolled out dough. Cut dough when it is almost dry into strips. Place in bowl overnight. Boil chicken broth or beef broth. Cook noodles until done. Serve.
