Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 1/4 c. Kraft real mayonnaise
3/4 c. Hellmann's light
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pack Sweet 'N Low
1/4 tsp. black pepper
small onion
3/4 c. celery
Preparation

Boil potatoes and eggs.
While they are cooking, in a large bowl, mix 2 kinds of mayonnaise, mustard, minced onion (optional), salt, pepper, Sweet 'N Low, pickle relish and eggs.
These may be chopped and added.
When they have cooled, skin potatoes.
When they are cool, chop and stir them in.
I sometimes add chopped celery.
