Stir And Roll Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Place flour, salt and soda in a mixing bowl. Combine oil and buttermilk in a measuring cup. Pour combination into flour mixture and stir quickly until dough clings together. Turn out onto lightly floured board; knead lightly and roll out. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake about 10 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven. Makes 16 to 20 biscuits.
