Beef Tenderloin For Six - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, julienned
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 green pepper, julienned
    1 red bell pepper, julienned
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. beef bouillon
    1/2 c. sherry or water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Heat oil; brown meat. Add salt, pepper, bouillon and vegetables. Simmer 2 minutes. Mix sherry, soy sauce and cornstarch.
    Add to simmering steak. Stir constantly until thick. Serve with hot cooked noodles or rice.
