Cheesy Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti shells
    1 (32 oz.) jar marinara sauce or 1 (32 oz.) jar thick meatless spaghetti sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    12 crushed crackers
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat sauce and water together in saucepan to boiling.
    Remove from heat and keep warm.
    Mix together cheeses and seasonings. Save 1 cup Mozzarella for top.
    Spoon mixture into uncooked shells.
    Place 1 cup sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Arrange shells in single layer over sauce.
    Pour remaining sauce over manicotti.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Add some more Parmesan cheese on top.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more.
