Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 diced tomatoes
    1 small onion, diced
    2 to 3 green onion tops or parsley, diced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together and refrigerate overnight.
    Serve over rice or with rice and black or brown beans.
