Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. rolled rump roast
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 or 3 peppers, sliced
Preparation
    Put
    all
    ingredients in
    Dutch
    oven
    type
    pan.
    Cook slowly on top of stove for
    approximately\t2
    1/2\tor 3 hours, turning occasionally.
    When meat
    is
    done, let cool for slicing.
    Slice meat thin.\tReturn sliced meat to pan.
    Add 2 or 3 sliced bell peppers plus 1
    cup water.\tCook again slowly just until peppers are tender.
    Serve on Italian buns.
