Easy Steak And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 steaks
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 c. water
6 potatoes, halved
6 carrots, cut in small pieces
Preparation

In large pan, brown steaks on both sides in hot oil.
Drain off fat.
In bowl, mix together mushroom soup, dry soup mix and water. Place potatoes and carrots in pan with steaks.
Pour soup mixture over meat and vegetables.
Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
