Chicken Kabobs With Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced
    Peanut Sauce (see following)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 3/4-inch pieces. In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. Add chicken pieces to mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
