No Bake Peanut Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. chopped peanuts
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    2 c. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, peanuts, sugar and peanut butter, using a whisk.
    Melt chocolate and milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Set aside 1/2 cup chocolate.
    Pour remaining chocolate over crumb mixture and stir until well blended.
    Spread evenly in a greased 9-inch pan.
    Frost with the 1/2 cup chocolate that was set aside.
    Chill 1 hour. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen.
