Ingredients

1 c. white vinegar
1 c. dry mustard
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix vinegar and dry mustard and let it stand overnight.
Next morning, stir in well beaten eggs, sugar and salt.
Bring to a slow boil and cook until mixture coats the spoon, stirring constantly.
Cool and refrigerate.
Great on ham or beef sandwiches.
