New Orleans Creamy Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 stick butter
    1/2 c. Carnation milk
    1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients over medium heat.
    Boil to soft ball stage using candy thermometer.
    Remove from heat; stir until thick.
    Spoon out on buttered surface.
