Bennett'S Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped (optional)
    1 c. grits
Preparation
    Cut bacon into small pieces and fry in a heavy saucepan. Remove bacon from pan. Add onion, green pepper and celery to bacon drippings. Saute until onion is clear.
    Add the canned tomatoes, grits, 1 can of water and bacon to onion mixture.
    Cook until grits are done, 15 to 20 minutes.
    May have to add a little more water.
