Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    4 c. rice, parboiled
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 small pkg. frozen shrimp salad
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of shrimp soup plus 1 can milk
    1 pkg. imitation crab
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    In skillet, saute onion and celery until transparent.
    In a large bowl, mix soup, milk, sour cream, shrimp, crab and rice. Add celery and onion.
    Add salt, pepper and parsley.
    Mix well. Do not beat.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and bake at 325\u00b0 until rice is done and firm. Sprinkle cheese on top and finish baking (5 to 10 minutes) until lightly brown.
