Oven Fried Chicken With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 fryer, cut up
1/2 cup butter, melted
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients.
Shake chicken pieces in flour mixture, arrange chicken, skin side down, in single layer in shallow pan.
Brush well with butter.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
Turn chicken, pour sauce which has been refrigerated over chicken.
Bake 30 minutes or longer until chicken is brown and tender.
Serves 4.
