Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 oz. red food color
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream together the shortening and sugar.
    Add the eggs.
    Sift the flour, cocoa and salt.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
