Pecan Pie (Marie'S) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. light corn syrup
3 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 3/4-inch diameter x 1 3/4-inch) EZ foil scalloped pie pan (if not used, it may boil over)
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell (homemade or bought)
Preparation

Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, dash of salt, corn syrup and melted butter.
Add pecans; pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Place pecan halves on top to decorate.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between outside and center of filling comes out clean.
Cool, slice and enjoy.
