Spaghetti With Meat Sauce(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 medium onions
    2 medium carrots
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried basil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In skillet brown beef and drain.
    Put in crock-pot.
    In blender place 1 can tomatoes, undrained.
    Add the carrot, onions and garlic.
    Blend until chopped.
    Stir into meat the tomato paste, parsley, bay leaf, sugar, basil, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Cover.
    Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
