Turnip Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. turnip greens
1 lb. salt meat
2 lb. turnips
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. water
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Pick and wash greens.
Add water and meat.
Cook 1/2 hour before adding greens.
Cook until tender.
Place sliced turnips on top of greens and cook until well done.
