Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's Stuff and Such
Preparation
    Partially cook 6 cups squash and 1/2 cup chopped onion.
    Drain and add 1 cup sour cream, 1 can celery soup, 1/2 cup margarine (I use very little) and Uncle Ben's Stuff and Such (I use Stove Top stuffing and add a bit more sage).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly (30 to 35 minutes).
    Cover with shredded cheese the last few minutes.
