Six-Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked long grain rice (Minute rice)
    2 c. cooked ham, diced
    1 c. sliced green onions
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, mixed with equal amount of half and half or regular milk
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    tomato slices and red and green pepper slices (for garnish)
