Muenster Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Muenster cheese
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    In small bowl combine egg, flour, salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 milk and beat until smooth.
    Add rest of milk; blend well.
    Add 1/2 cheese.
    Pour into greased 8 to 10-inch pie pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 425\u00b0 and sprinkle rest of cheese over top.
    Bake 2 minutes more, until cheese melts.
    Mixture may be made up to 1 hour before baking.
    Allow to cool slightly before cutting into wedges.
